Our Refund Policy

At KALA, your satisfaction is our priority. Since we operate as a dropshipping store, we do not accept physical returns. However, we offer a full refund in the following situations:

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was lost in transit

How to request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@kala-store.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the item if it is damaged or incorrect
  3. We will review your request and process your refund within 3-5 business days

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns — you do not need to send the item back
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection
