At KALA, your satisfaction is our priority. Since we operate as a dropshipping store, we do not accept physical returns. However, we offer a full refund in the following situations:
You are eligible for a refund if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was lost in transit
How to request a refund:
- Contact us at support@kala-store.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a photo of the item if it is damaged or incorrect
- We will review your request and process your refund within 3-5 business days
Please note:
- We do not accept returns — you do not need to send the item back
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection
